Trimountain Partners is a middle market private equity firm focused exclusively on investing in consumer facing and business service companies. We started Trimountain Partners to do what we know best, but to do it with a simple, transparent, and collaborative approach.

We invest in opportunities where Trimountain has a strong angle and where the investor matters. Rather than simply relying on financial engineering, our value-added approach is centered around leveraging our extensive sector experience and our networks of senior operating executives. We bring with us best in class governance to closely support the management teams and entrepreneurs we back, while always acting as shareholders (not managers).
We have the flexibility to take either majority or minority stakes or to invest over a longer term investment horizon. Our goal is to tailor our investment approach to the situation, and ensure a strong alignment of interest between all key stakeholders.

Company Size: Revenues of $10 - $100 million, EBITDA of $1 - $10 million
Situation: Growth equity, management buyouts, growth buyouts
Ownership: Majority or active minority
Geography: UK, US, and Canada
